Phone Number (optional): This field is entirely optional. If provided, it is stored as part of your profile but is not used for account recovery. Account recovery is handled through your registered email address only.

Firebase Services

We use Google Firebase to store and process your data:

Data Location: Your data is stored on Firebase servers in the United States.

Your data is transferred to and processed in the United States (and potentially other countries where Google operates) via Firebase. Google provides safeguards such as compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where relevant) and standard contractual clauses to ensure adequate protection of your data during international transfers.

Weekly Leaderboard Resets

To keep competition fresh and give all users a fair opportunity to reach the top, leaderboard rankings reset on a weekly basis. Specifically:

The top 3 users' scores are reset each week to allow new users to compete for leading positions
All other users retain their scores and are not affected by the reset
Upon reset, rankings are recalculated based on remaining scores
Users whose scores are reset may retake tests to rebuild their ranking

Please note that once a weekly reset occurs, the previously held top scores are not retained or archived in the current version of the app. We are exploring adding a feature in a future update that will preserve weekly winner history so top performers can be recognised over time.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
